The completely newly developed and patented update kit has been specially designed for existing drum filters of all previous generations. Now, every installed LTG drum filter can be brought up to the state of the art.

The upgrade enables the filter to withstand even the most extreme of production conditions while keeping up its strong and consistent performanc. This new technology guarantees a safe and reliable, precisely adjustable extraction of the LTG fine filter media even under extreme conditions. The result: a very substantial increase in efficiency.



Reduced mass motion puts less strain on the construction and makes the existing drive engine run on less energy. The nozzle mechanism is completely equilibrated and prevents overtravel when the machine is switched off. All movable parts are entirely carried by ball-bearings and move with extremely low friction.

The optionally available frequency converter (FC) ensures a shock-free start-up process of the drum filter due to programmable start-up parameters.

Precise Adjustments.

With the FC drive, the rotational speed of the filter can be exactly adapted to the respective production conditions, and the filter can be operated at intervals without overtaxing it. Using an FC decreases energy consumption and increases maintenance intervals.

Versatile Operation.

After modification, the drum filter is flexible enough to deal with significant changes in production. The »Butterfly« system can even be used for resinous dust and fiber types, as well as for temperatures up to 110°C (230°F) and when using special filter media.
